Fancy Florists

Worst customer service, they charged my credit card without even sending a receipt. Would never purchase from them again....

We had a beautiful Hindu wedding ceremony in Buffalo, NY, and used Fancy Florist to supply our traditional flowers for our rituals, garlands, as well as to do our indoor mandap/gazebo for the wedding. We were so happy with the quality of the services. The flowers and ceremony supplies were all fresh and neatly organized and packed. Our mandap was elegant and came with seating, two banana trees, an enclosed fire pit, and a tall lamp. We also rented aisle statues, a beautiful swing for one of our ceremony, and some entrance decor. Everything was beautiful and we were very pleased. Little pricey, but definitely worth the money.

Hated the fact that in this shops toilet, the OM symbol was/still is on the toilet floor and people shamelessly are made to pee and use the toilet there. Garlands are made at this shop for diety worship and marriages yet that same God/Om is insulted in that way. Please remove the sign and put it somewhere more suitable along with the diety photographs. Otherwise, five stars for the garlands and flowers sold at this store.

They will not take responsibility for late shipments. Don't buy from these thieves. We ordered flowers that were delivered too late and they refused to take responsibility.

Ordered flowers from them for a ceremony well in advance. They shipped it out and it reached us 2 days after the ceremony making it useless for us. The cost of shipping was exorbitant and we lost 80$ for nothing. I emailed them asking them to refund at least the shipping cost but they never responded and do not want to take responsibility. I would never buy from them again nor recommend them to anyone.
