Went this weekend during the start of the back to school rush. The service was pretty good for how busy they were. Store was a little messy but not too bad. Great quick service at the registers as well. People weren't too pushy.

I love famouse foot wear their deals are decent and the customer service here is amazing. I only give 3 stars though because I have two kids and this store has severe size gaps in toddlers and kids. This requires me to go else were for their shoes and that means a 30 to 45 min. Drive to kids journey in boise for 2 pairs of shoes. If they could fix this problem they would be my number one store for everyday shoes.

I love the variety, just don't like the pushy sales people. I have worn New Balance for over 15 years I'm not going to change from my shoe brand. I took my daughters in to get them a good pair of shoes and the sales lady was so pushing a certain brand that have no arch support I was about ready to walk out.....thankfully she got busy at the register and I could help my daughters get the shoes that fit.
