The restaurant was very nice and clean. The food was homemade and tasted delicious. Our waitress was very friendly, brought our food out promptly and cleaned the table straightaway. The prices are very reasonable. If I am back in that area I will definitely visit again.
Wish I could give 0 stars. Food was terrible and way over priced. Service was lack luster, had to wait longer for them to give us menus than the food took to cook. I got sick before I even left the restraunt and had to puke in the bathroom, which smelled like a dirty diaper. The bathroom stall also didn't lock. My husband got sick on the drive home as well. All the food was dry and tasted bland. Will be sure to never go again, and will warn others not to go here as well.....update ended up at hospital with potential food poisoning..
Service was extremely slow. Waitress was coughing in her hands and not washing them seemed like it was a hassle to serve us. Asked for Tabasco sauce and it never came. Food wasn't that great.
Restaurant is clean and well lit. Prices are reasonable. That's about all that's positive. Waitress was not very friendly and almost seemed annoyed to have to serve us. I paid $1 extra to substitute a salad for my french fries. Salad was literally a few leaves of iceberg lettuce and a single slice of tomato butt on top. Menu claims soup is homemade, but my wife's bean soup tasted like something out of a can from Aldi's. I cannot recommend spending your hard earned money here.
The Family Table was great. The Chicken George tasted great. But the Family Table has great food anyway. I say if you walk away hungry that's your own fault
We love this place. Good food, prices are descent and service is always good.
Food and prices were okay, service was pretty good. Didn't like the fact that we were going to be charged $3 for sharing a plate when my wife can barely eat a kids meal due to medical, so we figured we would get another meal.
This place has the best food around this area. Breakfast, Lunch, Diner and all the food is freshly made. The owners are very honest people and give back to our community. Thank you Family Table.
These are the most dishonest, rude, individuals in our community. Prices way too high. They give nothing back to the community. They mistreat the employees horrible unless you are related. They take advantage of the employees beyond belief. Wages are very low unless you're related. None of them have a food service certification which is Illinois law! I would not give these back stabbing people my money if I were starving! You can get good food at the Red Apple just down the street. If I'm going to support someone they HAVE to be GOOD people! These people ARE NOT! The cook Mike does more drugs than Walgreen's!
