Excellent workmanship and customer service. I highly recommend their work. The pricing was very fair and I got my shoes back when promised. I had two pairs of dress shoes resoled, polished and repaired.

Excellent Work, Outstanding Service at good price. This was my first visit. Brought in 3 pairs of shoes for my wife to inquire about having the heels repaired. She was going out of town later in the week and was hoping to have them done within 2-3 days. They helped me out by repairing all of them in 30 minutes. And to top it off, they also polished all of them and re-painted the heels on one pair which was scuffed, without additional charge or me even asking. The shoes looked like new and they saved me a trip back. They have earned my business from now on. Excellent work, outstanding service and good prices.... what more can you ask for.

STAY AWAY from these guys! Sloppy work and unbelievable rudeness and ignorance that deserves extended review. I came in with a pair of Birkenstock sandals and a person, I believe owner, looked at them and said he will fix everything properly and I am going to be in love with the result. Today I’m coming back 3 or 4 days later to pick them up. I do not like the result, the work is sloppy, some parts of the leather coming off not glued completely and I see spaces between leather and a cork. There is no cork sealer applied, no leather treatment, no refreshment done that I assumed is included in fixing everything. I asked about some parts not glued and the spaces between cork, not even mentioning other work. He says the glue is not dried yet and there are no spaces. I am trying to show him but he didn’t let me finish and becomes agitated and then he goes “how dare you talk to me like that, you stupid ass”. I am totally speechless. I ask him to give back my shoes but he continues to argue about quality of the repair. I tell him, I don’t want to do anything with you anymore and I don’t like the service and don’t want to pay. He hides my shoes and says “you will not get your shoes back until you pay”. I say “okay, I’ll pay and will make sure to review you guys on the internet”. He goes “how dare you, I will find your name and address!” and asks his buddy to write down my name. Are you kidding me? So, after some arguing they finally let me pay. I am trying to grab my shoes and leave but he doesn’t give me the shoes, comes up and continues to argue. I say “please give me my shoes I want to leave” but he gives them to someone else and asks to fix, then he says “come back, brother, I will fix the soles on your sandals for free”. I just don’t know what to say, first time ever I have been treated like that. The owner is completely out of line! He must be happy that he got paid though. Some other reviews also mention extreme rudeness and unprofessionalism, just STAY AWAY!

Amazingly skilled cobblers. Brought 2 different pairs of men’s goodyear welted dress shoes to replace the leather soles that had worn out. The work was excellent. Not only did they replace the soles and heels but they also ended up replacing the welts. Many cobblers don't do that properly. The workmanship (especially the heels) was fantastic. Some people may find it hard to believe that an unassuming shoe repair store in Aurora is better than the shoe repair places in downtown Toronto but it is.
