The staff at FSGV has been great throughout our adoption journey. They have always been there to help and guide us through the process and kept us in touch with others who have helped us along the way. Thanks to them we are now the proud parents of our wonderful daughter!

The staff were wonderful during our entire adoption journey. Even when we were in Japan meeting our baby boy for the first time, FSGV were prompt with communication and helpful in answering all of our questions. If you are thinking about adoption, the staff at FSGV all of them! are professional and supportive.

Our adoption journey has been wonderful from the start at the info session to the placement of our son with us. It is a stressful process but FSGV has always been very helpful and quick to respond any of our concerns, which helped a lot and made this experience very smooth.

My family was looking for a grief councillor after the loss of my mother. A very long and exhaustive intake process led to rejection. The staff seemed to make up policies on the fly to suit their own needs in stark contradiction to the written policies. The wait list was months long. I wish they could of just told me that they don’t have space for new intakes instead of making me jump through countless hoops. I’ll be looking elsewhere for a councillor

I wouldn't trust FSEAP to treat a cold. Woefully disorganised, no duty of care, a revolving door of "councillors" where you will struggle to see anyone frequently as they all leave. You really get what you pay for and if their services are being covered by your medical I strongly advise you to seek out your own therapist and not rely on this money grabbing company to just throw you in with whoever is available when it suits them. Awful, awful place.
