Woke up from a nap after work. Needed a quick bite. Searched up pizza in Lloydminster and Family pizza looked appealing. Ordering was concise and quick, attendant was very friendly. Delivery was very prompt. Order was hot, 2 litre was cold. Price was competitive, the pizza was good. Overall I was happy with the experience and will recommend, and return.
Thanks for making really good Pizza and wings last night. Order was on time and hot.
Support a restaurant more deserving of the income..Miserable workers. One Called me to say they didn't carry something I ordered so I switched to something they did have. The lady literally just hung up after I said what I'd switch to. No goodbye or sorry for the inconvenience. This miserable hag should really find work elsewhere if dealing with customers is that hard. "Family" pizza is not the right name for this crew. Cause they sure as hell far from friendly and inviting. I wont be ordering again and will direct anyone I know away from ordering here as well. Fingers crossed this place gets new owners someday

They do not honor there offers while trying to lie about it and charging you extra. With so many pizza places in town it's easy to not ever go back.
My son has a food allergy and I am very greatful for the understanding of people like Loratta that answered to take my order. She understood my concerns and checked the ingredients so my son would have a safe meal. We travelled from central manitoba and having a child with a food allergy it's stressful finding things to eat when we are travelling. Thank you thank you thank you!! Pizza was good not spicy nice and hot and we absolutely loved the dough!
I order take out pizza from here. There only a couple of tables. Pizza is OK Service is OK.
Two orders in a row could not find the address, last time they went next door, this time no ideanot in a difficult location like some to find with clearly marked house numbers. They also sent the wrong pizza, and now have to wait even longer to eat, thankfully the kids pizza was correct. Quality has gone downhill in the past few years so after this experience will not be ordering through them again. Went from our favourite location to one of if not the worst in town. Cannot keep supporting a place that each experience has gotten worse.

Ya, so i drove my firendscause they wete drinking... They ordered a pizza to help them sober up. They complained it was soggy and felt it was undercooked. Me, thinking they wete just drunk.. , Took a sluce to be a verdict to their drunken stuper. Nope. It was what they said... They wanted me to complain. I told them im sober.. i wanna go to bed. The next day.. after they woke up Naturally late in the day cause they were lost in the real world. I devided to rectify the situation. If theu ordered an xxlg, maybe itd be different.. most sobering up ppls dont care as long asnit absorbes the bad decisions and self hate... I got a snippity lady Maybe she hasnt had a day off in a while... or is not leaving her issues at the door... Her customer service was terrible... i spoke with a mngr and she decided to take matters into her own hands... I toatlly commend that. Good on you. But dont take it out on the driver... Which i explained 2x before coming... making it a 3x total at the end of the day... One star because of total experience. You get what you give. 4x she made it worse. Sry dear. Find a new job or get off the counter.
