I've been ordering from here the last few months and usually the pizza is great 5 star!! . However it seems they've changed how they make it? Very soft and doughy, with almost no red sauce on the pizza. It was like cafeteria pizza unfortunately, very bland. The shawarma is good.
We’ve tried every pizza place in Beamsville & Family has the best pizza in Beamsville! Always ready quickly within 15-20 minutes. Staff is always super friendly too.
Since the ownership change, the quality of the product and service has gone down significantly. I will not be returning to the business ever again and suggest others go to chain pizza business such as Dominos, Pizza Hut, etc. They provide much better value and service for your dollar.
The price is good, portion for the rice shawarma is generous, and meat is tasty. The pizza on the other hand needs some work. Maybe it's the sliced pizza that's been sitting on display forever. But the one i got, the crust was so dry and hard like cardboard. The chesse and pep were tasty. Maybe I've to get a fresh whole pizza instead of the individual slice
Order last night doughy crust cheap tasting pepperoni made my husband sick this morning never again thought I would try something new usually order from dominoes but find there not so great anymore will not order from here again

I tried the shawarma poutine and the pizza. The poutine didn't have cheese or gravy. I was thinking of the classic poutine with shawarma meat as a topping. The meat didn't taste like the traditional middle Eastern shawarma; even the garlic sauce lacked flavour. The pizza could be better.

Wow! What happened?! Seems like new owners took over and have destroyed this go-to for us. The Falafel wrap used to be amazing. Ordered it today on our way home for pickup. "10 minutes it'll be ready" Made it 20 to be sure and when I got there, nothing. Guys looked confused and grabbed my ticket out from under the counter. Didn't say anything to me just spoke to eachother quietly. Put together the WORST wraps and proceeded to charge the wrong price according to the menu. I waited 10 minutes there while buddy made the wraps they forgot about while nothing else was going on?! This was an absolute gem in Beamsville but now will be avoided like the plague! Go to Subway for wraps and anywhere else for pizza it sounds like.
Fantastic service. Great food and they were so gracious to give my daughter a bubble tea for her birthday. What a fantastic surprise.Food: 5/5
