Rude and unprofessional. Not good with babies. The slowest office I’ve ever been to, even when they are not busy/full. Uncaring people overall. Ended up taking my 4 month old to urgent care for an infected eye that this office kept pushing off as a clogged tear duct. Her 6 month shots were supposed to be next week…call to reschedule because we have another appt the same time and day, just to be told that me and my daughter are being discharged as patients with no explanation.

When my 73 year old mother got Covid I contacted the doctor’s office to inquire about getting her Monoclonal Antibody Therapy. She had health concerns so I knew it was needed. The office informed me that the treatment was in short supply and she would have to go to Urgent Care. They didn’t even ask her name or any other questions about her health. My mother got very sick and suffered a month in the hospital before passing away I am much younger but also had concerns when I got Covid only a couple weeks after my mom got sick. I contacted my doctor in Novi, MI. My doctor’s office recommended that I speak with my doctor. After a virtual visit my doctor had me approved for the Therapy within a few days. I didn’t get the therapy because I recovered quickly. I am so angry that my mom’s doctor could not take the time to at least question how she was doing or Recommend that she go for the treatment. Maybe if she had had a better doctor she would still be here with us!

I’ve been going to this office for my medical needs since Dr. Ogboh was in practice. I moved near Saginaw about 8 years ago and still do the 1 1/2 hour drive to continue seeing Dr. Kulick, Annette, Margie, and Jenny. They are amazing and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Dr. Kulick has helped me through a variety of medical problems throughout the years. The most recent issue he helped me with has literally given me my life back.. I went from being absolutely miserable every day for over 2 years back to my old self thanks to him. He listens to everything I say and addresses each problem no matter how big or small. Anytime he has needed to send me to a Specialist he’s chosen the best of the best to ensure I’m still in good hands. He’s laid back and funny yet professional and so smart. I will continue using this office for all my medical needs. I highly suggest Dr. Kulick and his staff.. they truly never disappoint!!!

I am very pleased with the staff of Family Health Care of Brown City. Dr Kim Verellen is very thorough and takes her time with me when I’m there. The office also fits me when needed to see her. The office is clean, follows protocol for covid. I drive from Port Huron to see Dr Kim because when I find a good thing, I want to stay with it. She also treated my mom for the short time my mom saw her before she passed.

They helped lot and always try to do there best for you. Last time but they can be rude sometimes, overall if you need a Dr help this place is for you

Outstanding providers. Dr Kulick is second to none. Very knowledgeable. Takes good care of you as person. You are never rushed out the door there. I always use Marlette Regional Hospital and their providers! That place really cares!

Always able to get in for a sick appointment. Staff and providers are awesome and very knowledgeable. Won't go anywhere else>
