Always there! This office staff is like family. There have been many times when someone in my family needed to be seen and they’ve always found a way to see us that day or the next possible available. Dr. Kulick is absolutely amazing. He is caring and really listens to what is going on and gives his best to all his patients. He is a DO so medicine is not his first go to. I appreciate that the most about him. I’ve sat in the waiting room when the phone seems to never stop but I can say the staff tries their very best to get to everything from answering phone calls to the check-in and check-out processes. There have been times I’ve been in a rush and completely forgot something I needed and they chased me down to give it to me. I mean who does that except your family and friends. I can go on and on all to say I’ve never experienced a more positive and caring medical office. We will continue to be seen by Dr. Kulick until he retires!!

I’ve been going to this office for my medical needs since Dr. Ogboh was in practice. I moved near Saginaw about 8 years ago and still do the 1 1/2 hour drive to continue seeing Dr. Kulick, Annette, Margie, and Jenny. They are amazing and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Dr. Kulick has helped me through a variety of medical problems throughout the years. The most recent issue he helped me with has literally given me my life back.. I went from being absolutely miserable every day for over 2 years back to my old self thanks to him. He listens to everything I say and addresses each problem no matter how big or small. Anytime he has needed to send me to a Specialist he’s chosen the best of the best to ensure I’m still in good hands. He’s laid back and funny yet professional and so smart. I will continue using this office for all my medical needs. I highly suggest Dr. Kulick and his staff.. they truly never disappoint!!!

I am very pleased with the staff of Family Health Care of Brown City. Dr Kim Verellen is very thorough and takes her time with me when I’m there. The office also fits me when needed to see her. The office is clean, follows protocol for covid. I drive from Port Huron to see Dr Kim because when I find a good thing, I want to stay with it. She also treated my mom for the short time my mom saw her before she passed.

Rude and unprofessional. Not good with babies. The slowest office I’ve ever been to, even when they are not busy/full. Uncaring people overall. Ended up taking my 4 month old to urgent care for an infected eye that this office kept pushing off as a clogged tear duct. Her 6 month shots were supposed to be next week…call to reschedule because we have another appt the same time and day, just to be told that me and my daughter are being discharged as patients with no explanation.

They get rid of you if you don't make appointments and won't see you after 20 years as patience
