Family Health Centers Dental Clinic

The dental clinic in okanogan systematically change appointment times on patients. Its happened to family members and it just happened to me. I had a tooth pulled which required 2 stitches. Right then and there were scheduled an appt for 2:30 on the 24th. I got there 2:15 said I had a 2:30 appt they said okay went over info said I was checked in....waited about an hour asked them what's up. Then she said I was really early it was 3:45. Even if it was at 3:45 which it wasn't but why the hell would t you say anything about being really early. 345 was never talked about at all. They also have a strict no call no show policy of 1 is a warning 2nd banned for a year

Very good with kids. My daughter is scared of the dentist and cries alot. She didn't cry once and they were so kind and gentle with her.

horrible they take way to long for everything and they dont even do their job for nothing slow at everything disrespectful not good at all. HORRIBLE.

This is probably the single best dental experience I've ever had. If you got an emergency they will generally get you in. If you call first they will call you when they get a cancelation or you can go sit at their office until they can squeeze you in. The appointment waiting list is long because there is a lot of need in the county and not enough dentists but I've had good luck when referred to Bridgeport dentist as well. Also a good experience. This is the spot I'd recommend going if your in need of dental services

My experience has been horrible, I went in November for an abcess tooth finally got to see the dentist again in February while being in pain this whole time, the dentist saw me for less than 30 minutes I was there for over 2 hours and while he was waiting for me to be numb he was was working on other people which is fine but I'm not paying for 2 hours of work when I was helped for 30 minutes. I have called the clinic trying to get in earlier etc, and I have a rude girl on the phone that says she will try and talk to the dr to get me some antibiotics never heard back so than the next day I called and her excuse was she was waiting for my response onto what pharmacy to send my prescriptions to, which I had already explained to her the day before where I'd like them to go.. I will never go here again, I ended up going to a dentist in town, talked to a professional and pleasant person who took me very seriously. Just because family health centers is the only place that takes my insurance it's safer and better for me to pay for another dentist out of pocket than rely on a clinic that doesn't take their patients seriously. Sorry for the long rant I felt like I needed to explain my story.
