Great fun for families. My first time go-carting and it was so fun. 27 holes of mini golf too!
A very friendly place where you could easily spend a lot of time. The go-kart track is well maintained and very fun. The 27 hole golf is an excellent value, although the holes are a bit on the easy side.
We had a little stop off heading home from a Camping trip and decided to do some Go-Karting at Family Funland. All in all it was good fun with some fairly well priced Go-Karting and not to bad vehicles and track. I would have preferred them to let us know when the last lap was about to happen as most other places do, but this was still a good time for the dad's and sons!
The price for driving the karts is a little steep for the slow speed they go. They do give 10 minutes on the circuit which is pretty good but there were so few people out there it got a little boring. If things were set up like a race instead of driving out from the pit it could be more exciting.
Fun place to eat and go cart. We enjoyed the fish and chips, hotdogs, grill cheese and their famous fries. For go carting there are three options. 1. Kids by themselves race in smaller carts with other kids- no adults. 2. Adults race alone. 3. Adults have a child with them in their cart and race along with the Adult alone carts. The organizers alternate 10 minute heats depending on demand. It’s well organized, but not rushed. They also have mini golf, driving range and ice cream, but we didn’t try any of those things.
Good thing my nephew had fun… Most inaccessible “fun” park I’ve encountered yet. I completely understand this activity is geared for able bodied customers but sometimes they may bring people to watch them having fun. Dirty, unkempt, and not mobility challenged friendly. I have been in port-a-potties I would call immaculate compared this washroom. Easy fix for all. A couple grab bars from Walmart, a small ramp at the washroom, a large bottle of Mr.Clean and a little elbow grease. Done and done. Would love to upload a couple pics.
Kiddie carts for the little ones and double carts let kids and parents go together. The course has lots of turns as well as spots to put the pedal to the metal! Kids will have a blast here.
Stopped for a round of mini putt and had a great time. Ice cream cones were reasonably priced and a fun way to end the day. It's clear this place has been around for ages but you can't beat the prices.
Unfortunately we didn't have a great experience with the kids. Aggressive adult drivers on the track were extremely rude. Acted like they were trying to get to the airport in rush hour traffic, giving kids dirty looks because they weren't driving "clean" lines on the turns. The service was a little better but not great, waited 20 min for a milkshake because they wouldn't serve me at the cash window.
Fun place to go. Go carts are fast enough for all ages. Huge putt putt. Great food menu and real fries.
