my wife and i ordered glasses . it took three weeks to get our glasses.my wife is a first time wearer she had alot of trouble with the way the lens was set up and the fit. My mother, who knows a lot about lenses went with my wife to see what they could do to make things better. The lens tech has no clue how to set up a lens. my mom ask her questions and she became offended . She told my mom she had to leave their office.Nice right, my wife is aloud to have a advacate with her. No this office will not treat you like family! They offered to correct the lens but who would return to a over barring lens tech that does not listen to their patents needs and tells them to get out of their office, so much for being treated like family . I will never return to their office, hope you dont either.
