"Well what does your daughter need to talk about"? ( why does there have to be one reason and isn't that for the therapist to know and not the secreatary?) "well we're not going to just be able to prevent ---- from happening. I think you need to do what you mentioned and take the internet away." ( as if I could say "oh! Your right! I'll just take it away and the problems solved! Stupid me"! This is why she ISNT a therapist and she should'nt try to rectify the situation from a 50 word conversation cause she has no clue) THEN, she proceeds to talk but I realized she wasn't even speaking to me but was speaking to whom ever she was with in her office. Extremely unprofessional secretary answering the phones. As a new patient, she's the first impression and should understand that it's already a stressful time if I'm having to call for a therapist. I felt that I needed to have a good enough reason for her to be be able to set up an appointment and that my reasoning wasn't good enough.
