While on vacation we were desperately trying to get some Covid medication for my elderly Aunt, the pharmacist on Saturday couldn't have been nicer or more informative. This was a real blessing especially considering we are not fluent in French and are not Canadian citizens, regardless the pharmacist did everything possible to help. Unfortunately when we returned today with the information we were told to bring, today's staff was extremely rude and offered no help, sympathy or guidance at all. While we are grateful for the help of the employee on Saturday, after today's experience we will certainly not return as we were made to feel completely unwelcome. Fortunately another pharmacy was able to help and we are grateful for their compassion after such an intimidating and frustrating experience with Familiprix.
I have always had pleasant service, but on the evening of Friday February 14, I was determined to reconsider my judgment after an unsatisfactory experience with the cosmetics consultant. Indeed, after expressing my disagreement, she simply replied: “Come Monday and argue with the department manager.”nnIn addition, I left with a 50 ml bottle of perfume, even though I thought I had purchased an 80 ml bottle, which was the source of my dissatisfaction. Not having had time to return on Monday, I finally came by on Tuesday evening to make my claim, following his instructions.nnIt was then that I had the chance to come across the wonderful Sylvie, an advisor who knows her field perfectly. Thanks to her, my discontent turned into pure happiness.nnI therefore wanted to highlight his professionalism and efficiency. Keep it, it’s a real asset for your team!
I had GREAT service in the cosmetics department who were able to order a perfume that I couldn't find anywhere. Thank you so much!
Excellent service at the prescription counter, the ladies are super nice.nVery accessible opening and closing hours.
An increasingly disappointing experience since the health crisis.nBefore, everything was easy: we arrived at the pharmacy to pick up our prescriptions and left. Ruler!nNow everything is laborious. You have to warn hours in advance or even the day before to be able to pick up our refills, otherwise you risk having a warning attached to the bag of medication.nAnd what's more, you now have to fill out a questionnaire of several pages just to be able to ask the pharmacist a question.nI am seriously considering changing pharmacies.
