I love this location. Close to home and everyone is very friendly. No language issues either. They are very helpful all around. The only negative thing I would say is when placing an online order, it took a few days to process. Not sure why.
It would be nice if the pharmacy followed up upon receiving a prescription, as I am always left guessing. For instance, I called day later after no one got in touch and they said nothing was received in my name. I get in contact with my doctor to have them resend it— only to hear back from the pharmacy saying they found it. Was it lost? It’s confusing and inconvenient, especially using télé-health apps where you can only send the prescription once. The staff are polite and helpful, but need prompting sometimes. I also make it a point to stop by off peak hours and even when I’m the only client there, the wait times are longer than I would expect however, they do apologize. Perhaps if prescriptions could be managed online or over the phone like Pharmaprix, it would be easier for staff and clients alike?
They are amazing, they went over and above for our daughter. Would recommend to anyone looking for advice.
No safe place to park your bicycle. They replied that they are taking my comments into consideration. After two years, still nothing has changed.
Drug counter is friendly and efficient. Never had to wait and staff is competent. The pharmacist is really knowledgeable on medication and drugs.
