Hello, I am a 15 year old girl and I came with my friends who wanted to buy cosmetic products and there were two cosmeticians present. The two observed us throughout our purchases, placed themselves at the ends of the row where we were located and made derogatory comments to each other when talking about us... My friends were so uncomfortable that they even wanted to leave from the pharmacy because they felt judged by the cosmetics girls...I would also like to point out that, when we entered, we immediately left our school bag at the front checkout. When we wanted to pay for our purchases at the cash register beforehand, one of the cosmeticians even left her department to follow us to the cash register to see if we were going to pay or if we were going to be stunned when leaving the establishment. Being a cosmetician myself, the lack of service and the blatant lack of respect from the employees shocked us. From now on we are going to go to Brunet which has never disappointed us in terms of service…
