Dr.Xu is absolutely professional and experienced! I came here to have my wisdom tooth extracted and it was a horizontal impacted tooth, buried very deep under the skin. Dr. Xu operated very carefully and gently. After the surgery my face didn’t swell at all, which is so amazing! It’s day 4 now and the wound recovered very well. The clinic was very clean and organised, and equipped with many modern facilities. I also tried the laser treatment for disinfection. It was a great experience. I watched YT video about the process and was so concerned before the surgery but turned out it was much more smooth. Thank you Dr. Xu!
Dr Xu is an exceptional dentist. He has tremendous experience. For my experience, he identified issues from X ray for what looked like a tiny dot on the surface of my teeth. He went on to open them up and found bad part very deep into the teeth. Without his judgement, I would have completely ignored these signs given I’ve fixed those teeth before a few years ago. Now I’m able to fix them once again without the need to do a crown.
Many dentists are great, but I think Dr. Xu is particularly great because he always update his skills and has newer machines/tools in his clinic. His clinic is also very accommodating. I first visit the clinic a few years ago, but had to leave because I moved. Recently, I contacted his clinic asking if I could have Dr. Xu see me quickly because the gum around my implant was swelling severely and I was experiencing pain. The staff was very responsive and got me in the same day. Dr. Xu works really fast. I went to have a failed implant not of his fault extracted by him. The only pain I experienced from the extraction was the first anesthetics injection. After that, it was painless all the way to the end. I just closed my eyes and let him and his assistance working away efficiently. He used laser to treat my wound at the end of the extraction. After the pain-killing/numbing effect of the anesthetics subsided a few hours I left his clinic, I did not feel any pain or swelling from the wound. I ate my meal like nothing had happened of course, not using the area where the teeth was extracted that night. I went back 2 days later for subsequent exam and laser treatment it was free. The extraction area healed excellently in less than 2 day!!! I attribute that to the laser treatment performed by Dr. Xu. Dr. Xu can be a bit quiet most of the time, but if you ask him questions, he will answer all your questions clearly and patiently. I will definitely go back again for all my dental work. There is no parking lot for the clinic. But there are lots of street parking on W. 2nd Ave and side streets. Some of the parking spots on the side streets are free.
Dr. Xu is very professional, patient and smart. The clinic is clean and he use latest dental technology. The staff is professional too and helpful. Will come back.
Yanbin Xu messed up my treatment completely, lied about the procedure and refused to admit his mistakes. What’s more? The final price’s much higher than what we agreed before. He’s rude and dishonest. Avoid at all costs.
Dr. Xu is an amazing dentist - very detailed and thorough with exams, evaluations, and procedures. He takes his time and honestly does a perfect job. Fully trust him with any dental needs! The office staff is very friendly and helpful, too - great environment that helps you feel relaxed and ready for any dental work :. Highly highly recommend - his level of expertise and just his skill in dealing with anything from extractions to fillings is unmatched.
A really wonderful experience overall! Staff are extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating very responsive communication for booking appointments over text message. Dr Xu is very professional and works very quickly - I have received great treatment for both cavity fillings and wisdom tooth removal. Thank you again!
Fantastic! Warm and welcoming every visit and procedures like wisdom tooth extraction are done so well that only Advil is required afterwards. You're able to rest comfortably within a few hours of the procedure and the entire experience is stress-free. One of the very best service providers I've ever been to.
I have visited this dental clinic four times so far and I am happy that I have found the right clinic for dental care for myself and my family. Dr. Xu is very nice and skillful dentist and staff are friendly. Highly recommend.
Dr Xu is so professional, kind and patient. Today he effectively removed my two tricky wisdom teeth. Before the surgery, he explained my teeth situation and made the treatment plan accordingly to my situation. I have already recommend him to my friends.
