Fallon Wellness Pharmacy

Fallon Wellness has excellent service. I go there to get my prescription refilled and every time the staff greets me so nicely. They care about their customers and treat me like a friend.

Beyond rude and unhelpful! I was interrupted repeatedly after trying to communicate an issue with insurance. The customer service is terrible! It seemed they just wanted me to pay out of pocket so they could get the cash. I can't say I will ever be giving them any business regardless of how I'll I am. Sad to see people like them taking advantage of the ill and desperate.

Check before going to see if your insurance covers meds. Not a participant pharmacy with all. Special medication with special prices. Secondly they make you wait hours. Very sympathetic to people in discomfort.lol Would not choice them.

They did not have that great of a customer service as I had hoped for.

I am a lacrosse coach at a local high school and we use Fallon Wellness Pharmacy for all of our sports medicine needs. They have helped me with basic medications as well as customized and have always done so in a timely manner. Myself and my team really appreciate all that they have done for us
