Falcon Landscaping & General Contracting

I called for a quote which I got an appointment scheduled no problems there. I scheduled a 10AM appointment and got a call back an hour or 30’minutes before time scheduled from Jeremy saying that they won’t come out due to snow fall there would be no point because you couldn’t see the ground. I agreed with him and at this point I was extremely easy going it made sense to reschedule. I rescheduled for a 530PM appointment on another day. I was running late from work and called from my car 30 minutes prior to appointment that I would not be home for the quote. Jeremy asked me when we could reschedule and I told him I wasn’t too sure at the moment and I would give him a call back. I get a complete attitude switch and was told “ok, bye” *click* I couldn’t believe it this guy wants service and hangs up on his clients. Extremely unimpressed.

Highly recommend using Falcon Landscaping. Came out to meet us, & provided a quote, quickly. Just those 2 thing are hard to find it seems! Aside from that, the started a day early, & finished up on time, even though I asked for a few extras during the job. They care that you are 100% satisfied with their work. If you could see the before & after pics of our front & backyard, you would understand how great of a job they do! I've already booked another job with them.

My son hired this company to come and fix our backyard, which was a real mess. They did a fantastic job, going beyond to help us out. We highly recommend them, a hard working team and a very approachable boss.

Jeremy and his team did a fantastic job transforming our front and backyard! They exceeded what our expectations were and can't believe how amazing everything looks! His team was very professional and worked liked crazy to get everything done ontime. They were very meticulous with where things were placed so that everything looked perfect. What an amazing experience it was, and I highly recommend their company if you need landscaping work.
