I'm using an alias this is not my real last name, but I was treated very rudely by the nurse and nurse practitioner because I showed up at 7:30 pm , 30 mins before urgent care closed. I am now scared to ever go to urgent care or the emergency room. You could clearly tell they were annoyed that I was there, they didn't want to do the tests that I asked to be done , the nurse complained and said that I was asking for too much too late at night and the nurse practitioner told me never to come to urgent care again and made me feel completely unimportant by implying that everything I thought was wrong with me was a complete joke. Katie Marvin is the nurse practitioner who I saw.

The friendliness of the staff. You don't have to wait very long for your appointment & once you're in the exam room, the nurse & the doctor are very thorough & compassionate.

They are all good people working there and some time they for get to tell you that the Dr doctor is be hind and how long it will be about you have to tell them that you have been waiting a will and see what is going on.
