Recently I was looking for a loan that could help with dental work, while also taking care of some of the debt I couldn't get out of. I had been working on rebuilding my credit for the past 8 months, and I had called the 1800 number for inquiries (who were super helpful and friendly) and ended up calling the Sudbury branch to help with the application process. Within 20 minutes, my application was completed over the phone and all I had to do was send a few more documents (rent receipt, I.D. etc.) before a final approval. Received a call back within 15 minutes saying that my loan was approved and was waiting for me in the store. Super quick. Super easy. Super friendly.

Awful customer service. Never had any of my calls returned and when I finally got in touch with a representative named Sharon she took it as a joke and never called me back. Would never recommend to anyone.

What a joke...appove online...told to bring I'd...void check...copy of bank statement...copy of work Stub...then was refused due to credit score not high enough...just a big scam...stay away or go somewhere better...there is a reason they changed names...

Very disappointed in CitiFinancial Sudbury, they had approved us after going in to apply, all paperwork was done and we were going to go in and sign once the manager signed off on it, now they tell us that they made a mistake and we are not making requirements. Not cool!!
