My family and I had a pleasant visit at this hotel on our road trip back to Vancouver. It was very well-maintained and the breakfast buffet was also a nice touch for us. The rooms were spacious and had a good layout. The only gripe is that there was a false eyelash cluster left in our bathroom sink so it just looked a bit odd but I think overall The cleanliness of the hotel was fine. It wasn’t really enough for us to make a stink about, but just something to be mindful of for house cleaning staff.
We stopped in after a long day of driving with a van load of people. The clerk was so helpful in making sure we had enough beds for all of us and for the best price. Clean rooms and the pool was fun for the kids.
I’m not usually one to complain, but considering what I paid for the room, I felt it was important to leave a review. While the food was fresh and enjoyable, the overall atmosphere of the hotel was lacking. I expected more for the price I paid for a double room. The water pressure in the sink was extremely low, making it difficult to use. We also tried to use the hot tub, but the jets were broken and it wasn't clean. Additionally, when we requested a cot, we were told none were available.
Spent two nights in May 2025 here. $200/ night for one occupant/ 2 queen bed room. Room was clean and smelled fresh. No housekeeping came in to refresh, make bed or tidy which was disappointing. Beds are too soft and for a newer hotel feel way to broken in already. Shower water pressure is fine but very low pressure in the sink. Breakfast was fine/ coffee was good. I think there is room for improvement if charging $200/night!
Rooms are clean so are bathrooms . This hotel looks newly built or renovated . Lobby and pool both are good.nFree breakfast that is standard. Waffle station is a plus although having two waffle makers would be better. While I was waiting in waffle line, staff threw my plates and coffee .nOverall good experience otherwise.
