I have had multiple clients come and work with Charles Fair. He has a very versatile mind so anytime I have a client that has a civil dispute of any kind, I always refer them to Charles.  He has overseen real estate disputes, regulatory body disputes and even some criminal matters as well.  Charles has a way of looking at situations in a very practical manner and breaking them up into easy to understand pieces so that someone can realistically understand how strong a position they are in and whether it is worth pursuing legal action in the first place.  Charles has a pretty smart online system to conference with clients during Covid19. He is able to not just speak with a client online, but effectively go over evidence and documents smoothly.  My clients have always remarked that he is extremely effective at arguing a case against any lawyer, notable or not. He looks to find Fair solutions and reduce unnecessary friction.  You can tell that his practice was destined from when he was born because he is truly a Fair man. I also know that he spends a good amount of time each week trying to help other people's businesses. He has a large body of good quality people around him that he can refer you too as well.  Charles Fair is someone that you want in your corner.

I would definitely recommend Charles and the team at Fair Legal.  We had a relatively quick resolution to a very complex contract dispute.  Hopefully we don't need to work together again, but if the need comes up, I'll be calling Charles for sure.
