Had a kitchen island made for us. First there was a piece of wood broken they gave us a credit of $100 then we found there was a crack in the backboard but was gonna be covered up by granite waterfall ....neither of these issue's affected the integrity so I was good. Then when island is put together we notice the drawers do not close up evenly and the pull out spice rack was installed on wrong side of pull out.Yes I told Tasha our sales person there and she says it was written to hang that way well I sure wasn't consulted on it. Anyhow island is installed by our contractor . It's not like we can just return it so lesson learned....should have gone to a more reputable cabinet maker. Yes it was cheaper but there is a reason.....poor workmanship.
I can't single just one aspect.from start to finish, the were professional,responsive, on time. If there was a issue they were on top of it no questions asked Natasha & Bob know their craft inside & out. Highly recommend factory kitchen direct for you next project.. Thanks again for a job well done!
Great selection of countertops. They have large samples of the countertops. It made it easier to select. They can make the countertop to order.
