Although customer service is a bit rough, it doesn’t affect my time here. This is the greatest card store I’ve ever been to. They have reasonable prices for damaged cards, they give good offers on your cards and they have a large variety of stuff. Specifically I like Pokemon. I was able to pick up all these cards for just 300~ store credit. I think that’s a really good deal! And some cards are in not so bad condition, this is a go to store if you do Pokemon trading at school. I definitely adore returning here.
Miles... Miles... manager how? So rude to his customers. Bought 2x 170$ cards that was clearly not nm and the employee said he'll do both at PL price and I was thinking about it, but miles the manager came in and said he'll do PL on the damaged card and NM on the PL card. Also Miles gave me such a big attitude and basically didn't want to listen to my reasoning or anything. He was disrespectful and rude also raised his tone at me. I would not recommend this manager
The shop in verdun is awesome and the staff have always been on point, my only issue giving this 3 stars is the huge fail with the new website. Using my store credit to buy card list has become impossible. Iv called the store to wich they had no answers. I emailed customer support and they have not been helpful at all... kinda ridiculous making a site that's so complicated to use and then have flaws and bugs that no one seems to have the answers to, I do want to specify to the people working in store that you folks rock! Thanks but customer service support is extremely mid
Absolutely best place to go for anything MTG related I loved it amazing people they had everything card sleeves card protectors and more, I bought a commander deck from them and it’s amazing! Love you guys keep it up
This is absolutely disgraceful. You've become scalpers disguised as a store front. The entire TCG community is revolting against your company, once a shining beacon of positivity, now a hollow shell of what you once were. You deserve all the hate you're getting for these disgusting prices.
