Recently moved to the area, decided to try this place as my usual spot is a bit further away now.  Was disappointed with the service, I had tried to ask some questions but seemed I was just rushed into booking a spot and what they said the service was, was actually not.  Even their website is misleading.  Additionally my time slot was overbooked, and  ended up that the girl switched out part way thru, which was no big deal, but the replacement girl was not as good and the larger portion of my massage was disappointing because of this.  The service was overall not good, and I left feeling just as sore as when I walked in. Considering I was there for an hour I should have felt somewhat better.  I was shorted on time, and I was overcharged on the service price and not provided with a receipt, I think due to this reason.  Live and learn, I don't think Id go back, even for the convince of location. Just disappointed, was hoping it would've worked out as a new spot for me.

Booked the last appointment of the day for a 1 hour body massage. I was told over the phone it would be $80. The massage room was very basic, and clean. The lady that gave me my massage was as small as me but gave such a good massage! I was relieved and happy with the service. I left feeling relaxed! Thank you - I will be back again!

I had the most amazing deep tissue massage here! The therapist was incredible, it was a beautiful mix of shiatsu, deep tissue and Thai massage and every moment was heavenly. I left feeling so relaxed and felt like I was floating on a cloud of bliss. I highly recommend this place for an amazing massage. The reflexology is also awesome!

I promised the owner Helen, a well intentioned business woman, I would give a good review as I requested a redo on a poorly done massage on the first visit. And I even agreed to tip well for the massage if it was good. However, to my dismay, my second visit to the Spa was an even bigger disappointment. I give the business 5 stars for trying to accommodate me for trying to redeem the service but zero stars for then handing me over to a inexperienced practitioner for 90 minutes. The average of the two would be my rating here. A good practitioner does not need to be an RMT to give a decent massage. By the way, I still tipped her $20 for her social skills.

Booked this place super last minute, and they got me and my friend in right away. Had the package for two, which inlcludes facial, full body massage and foot massage, it was well worth it for the price, staff professional, and it was super relaxing. thanks again ladies.

I was taken into a room for a massage and told she would be right back. I was kept waiting for 15 mins. No direction if I should undress or not. 15 mins into my appointment she finally comes back. Massage was alright. Had to ask for more pressure but that was okay and then the massage was better. I was also booked for a 30 min foot massage which was not good. It did not feel good or relieve any type of pain. It’s as if my toddler was knuckling at my feet. The bathroom was also very messy. Overall it was an okay experience. Did not feel like a spa or nice massage place in the least. The whole atmosphere is not relaxing. I would never go back there. Worth spending more money and getting better customer service and a better experience.

We are in town from Washington. We scheduled an impromptu massage and it was the best massage my husband and I ever had we are in our 30’s. The two gals were super nice and got into the problem areas. My husband and I both like medium to firm massages and this one did not disappoint. I have never had to ask for the pressure to be less as the problem areas were getting worked on. They were able to get in between the muscles to release the tension. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Canada. Thank you!!! :

Very welcoming environment! great service! staff were wonderful. I Love the vibes and the energy at this spa. Ron is an excellent massage therapist. After massage therapy with Ron, I felt rejuvenated and relaxed. Highly recommend to anybody that needs someone to understand what your problems are and fix them.

They are not professional registered masseuse. We requested couple massage, neither of the masseuse were able to at least act professionally. One of them answered all phone calls she got, left the room and came back loudly at least twice which disrupted my relaxation. The other masseuse did not have enough strength in her hand and all she could do was fast moves. I asked her more pressure many times but she just moved her hands faster. Both me and my husband was more exhausted afterward. They also failed to give us proper receipt so that we can claim from our insurance company. She said ‘we are not registered, is that a problem?’ I was so shocked but she was not able to give me any explanations! Then she told me if you can write a 5star review in google right now, we will give you 15% off!

Beautiful spa. Great service. When you go in ask for Ron. He’s great at explaining the different types of massages, and he will walk you through every step. He knows the exact technique for bodily aches. And he goes above and beyond to ensure your knots are gone. He’s respectful and maintains your privacy. Amazing strength if you’re looking for deep tissue massage, and amazing approach. Ron is great! I will definitely go back to him.
