food was off - owner acted as if I was lying, didn't return money. Rockland Mall is a nice mall. This place looked like the food may be fresh except that the protein portions were individually wrapped in some kind of waxed paper. My wife & I ordered a tuna sandwich on a ciabatta bun. Bread seemed fresh and all looked ok until we bit in. Tasted of metal... like pennies in your mouth. they were inedible but when we took them back the manager or owner male in his late 30's or early 40s acted as if we were crazy & just trying to make trouble. No apology - very defensive over the freshness of his mayonnaise and no money back. My main worry is he is not hearing the fact that his food was off and would serve it to others. respect of food safety is kind of a necessity for food service. Avoid.
