I went to Fabricland today with my Mother…Bracebridge location. As we were browsing, a rude employee yelled at me from across the store…”you need to put your coffee on the front counter!” I said “excuse me?” She said “have you looked around? This is a fabric store!” My Mother and I abruptly left the store after being treated so rudely. Very unprofessional. Not very good customer relations. We used to frequent this store…never again!!
Very dis appointed Well, the fabricland we have in Sault Ste Marie, I wish I can give you great comments, but I can't the fabric your head office sends this store is a shame the fabric is like so thin and threadbare it sad. if you try to sew it on a machine it gets jammed every time, the needle pulls it down. here's a great idea, send better fabric not leftovers from a bolt from a store who cant sell it, probably because of its garbage. You are actually causing your customers to go elsewhere, like the USA, don't forget we are a border town. I would rather buy local so we have a store here in the Soo. I called your office and never received a callback. what happened to customer service. I gave you a one star because it wont let me post without hit one of the stars, so that being said I didn't want to hit any stars
I very much love the people who work at fabricland Abbotsferd, B.C . I usually buy quite a lot of material even though all workers have cut for me. I am mostly in the quilting area i love how Nikki uses the ruler and rotary cutter her straight edges and folding never fail me .
I went to the 1911 Dundas St location in Mississauga and I had a great experience with the worker named Yogini. She is very good when it comes to helping others with her knowledge of the fabrics. Overall great experience!
I have contacted Head office twice via email and no one has had the courtesy to reply. I have telephoned twice and the automatic system keeps going in a loop. What terrible customer service!
I am customer of fabric land for many years, but after COVID-19, I am frustrated with their behavior. They are hush and disrespectful. I decided to go to Oshawa store from now on.
Each and every time it is the worst possible customer service experience. Specifically the Orleans Ont. location and Wakley location in Ottawa. These stores have no interest in making sales or servicing their clients.
I lost my society card and the store refuses to give me a repalcmenent card. What a RIP off

The employees st the Stratford Ontario location are very rude when it comes to vivid protocols. I wore the required face covering but because I started to cough they voiced they dislike for me being in the store . I have spent well over 500 $ since they reopened but won’t spend another penny in that store .
