I only go here when I absolutely feel like I need to. Went here for Christmas to replicate my dad and mom's army portraits for my dad as a present. I specifically asked for them to be the same size as the original ones I showed them. They told me they were 8x10, when they clearly weren't... had a disagreement, thought it was sorted out, and my photos I got were still 8x10, therefore removing my dads badges on his arm... etc. I gave a 2 star because they were good restorations (missed a few things) but yeah... customer service is seriously lacking.

Most of the reviews of this company are outdated and are only negative due to people who have positive experiences never having a reason to write a review. So please take the review score with a grain of salt. I have only had excellent customer service and I hope this company continues to grow.

Disgusted and disappointed by what some people would do to make a quick buck. I asked my friend to help me look for a specific film at the F-stop for a wedding shoot. I wrote down the name of the film on a note so there would be no complications and an employee would be able to help. Rather than telling my friend that they do not carry it, they gave her another one insisting its what I'm looking for. I rarely review places however I feel the need to warn anyone else considering to go here to be wary of their fraudulent practice. Pathetic.

I have to say the Customer Service I received today was absolutely amazing. I had the best experience being served by Linda who has a wealth of experience. So happy with by purchases. Will be back for sure in the future.

If I could pick a zero star I certainly would have. Worst customer experience of life. Was told the new owner didn't have a relationship with the Canon rep so they couldn't fulfill the order. This was after I was told it would be ordered and in the following week. I had to call to get this info, not vice versa. If you're reading this, take it for what it is. Save yourself a huge hassle and drive right by and go anywhere else. Henry's in Brampton or Vaughan. They have a relationship with who they sell products for!!
