I was so disappointed in this dealership .nI purchased a 2021 Highlander from them in late Oct 2023 this vechile was advertised as certified well within the first few months it was found that break pads all the way around were completely worn needing replaced . When called they stated they couldn't be then when the first sign of warm Temps appeared this spring I turned on the AC to only find out that it also didn't Work . When called again about this they stated sorry no warranty I stated this vechile had under 60000 and I had only had it 6 months.nIt was later brought to my attention that my vechile had its AC fixed in Dec of 2023 WELL I owned it then so it wasn't my vechile that the warranty work was done on so this left me not confident in anything stated about this vechile... And when my vechile needed it they told me no warranty which it should have had but was used on another.nI at this time was so disappointed and angry I traded the vechile and bought Brand New from another dealership . Lesson learned and not to mention the money I lost over this but atleast I know now the vechile I have has warranty that will be Honored.nI would never buy again from this dealership or trust them when they state certified used .
