My door was clicking when it closed which seemed very minor compared to the big jobs this place seems to do but I'm planning a road trip and was concerned it could become a bigger issue if unaddressed. Ahmed was so welcoming, immediately checked out my door, reassured me it wasn't a safety issue but validated what I was seeing and then set to re-aligning the door. The whole thing took maybe 15 minutes, the door closes like a dream, and honestly the customer service was so validating and great. The location isn't near me but it's going to be my only shop for any bodywork in the future. Thank you again, Ahmed!
I recently went to F.A.M. Motors to get a scratch fixed on my new car - they were recommended by a co-worker who only had good things to say about them. And, did they not only bring my car back to life with their exceptional work, but Mo and his younger brother were also some of the kindest people I have ever dealt with when it comes to any kind of service.
