My experience today was one I will never forget. The automotive industry is a gamble from my experience. It’s highly competitive and I’ve had more negative experiences than positive. When it comes to addressing cosmetic issues with my vehicles, I’d rather live with the flaws than take the risk of being overcharged and taken advantage of. That was by far the furthest thing from what I experienced today.nnI was absolutely mortified when I hit one of those yellow posts in a drive thru. The accident itself wasn’t what was embarrassing; it was the judgement I knew I’d face when people found out - not to mention the bright yellow paint on my front bumper. Something to laugh about later but in that moment I felt the extreme anxiety and panic take over and I frantically needed it to be fixed.nnMy first call was surprisingly met with a sense of calmness and slight humour that offered reassurance before even knowing the full scope of work. Following an appointment, I called back in slightly more of a panic about making sure I got this addressed today. I was told to go in and they will see how they can help.nnOnce I arrived, the technician came out ready to work on my van right in the lot. He then brought it into the shop to pop out a dent. About 20 minutes later it was done, better than I expected, and the cost was beyond fair - like WAY beyond fair. I actually teared up. Kindness goes so far these days and you never know just how much someone values those small acts of kindness. For someone who has questioned faith in the world in more ways than one can truly understand, I was met with kindness that I never expected.nnOn top of the work itself being amazing, without a paint job, it was efficient, affordable and is a true testament to the character of those who run this family owned business.nnThis experience was truly transformative today. It's incredible how small acts of kindness can have such a profound impact, especially in moments of stress and anxiety. Finding a trustworthy and reliable automotive service can indeed feel like winning the lottery. It's heartwarming to share how I was met with such professionalism, efficiency, and compassion. It's moments like these that restore faith in humanity and remind us of the power of genuine kindness.nnI will recommend the FAM Auto Body team to anyone and everyone I speak to. Great experience!!! I was well treated, one of my cars got an excellent body paint for an excellent price. When I picked up my car, I left a second car and I was very satisfied for this second car, so I brought a third one for a smaller paint job. It is awesome, the three cars painted one after the other, had an incredible well done work and paint for an incredible good price
---nUpdate to the update below. I went by the shop again and they'll fix the pinch welds & rockers for free. I greatly appreciate it! I am also having rust spots on the fenders and right rear quarter fixed; they gave me a great price on it all. Thanks for everything!nn---n6 Months later updatennChanged the review to 3 stars, they did it for a great price but when I lifted the car to put the winters on, the rear pinch welds in the factory lift points; bent, and started rust again because that caused the paint to chip off. Hopefully we can come to a agreement so this can get fixed before it becomes anything more than surface rust, and I'll gladly put it back to 5 stars for the customer service. Thank you.n---nThey did a great job replacing the rocker panels and repairing quarter panel rust on my 2007 Fusion. Excellent turn around time for the kind of work that was required, took about a week. Their price was extremely fair for what was done, can not thank them enough for that; you won't be disappointed! Will definitely return if I ever need serious bodywork done againnnBefore/after photos below. Little more work needs to be done, paint chips & small dents; but I can handle that myself. Thanks!
I took my car to be repaired for body damage. Mohammad, the shop manager, amazingly fixed my car spotlessly at a reasonable price that you never get elsewhere with such quality. He is very professional and provides excellent service. Thank you for fixing my car, and I definitely recommend your shop for car body repairs
