Decided to stop by for take-out on the way home from a long day. Great choice! The chicken tenders were awesome! The original chicken was very good. The rolls and mashed potatoes are good too. Good service, very attentive and great sense of humor, very light and positive. Great dinner! Parking: Plenty of spots in back by Bartell's and a few on the side.
Bad experience at this location tonight. Chicken tenders were WAY under cooked compared to the other chicken see pic. Unfortunately didn't realize until getting home. Lots of young staff on their phones not paying much attention.Food: 1/5
Locals know this is the best fried chicken chain. The spicy chicken is where it's at. The original lacks flavor, but dip it in sauce and it's fine. On the pricey side but honestly it's worth it compared to the other fried chicken options in the area. Does not hold a candle to Sister's and Brothers in terms of flavor, but if you're looking for quality with convenience this is the place to go!
Pleasantly surprised! I haven't eaten there in awhile. The chicken was moist and tender. We loved the creamy slaw and the potato salad is the best. More like our families homemade flavor.Food: 5/5
Best fried chicken on earth! Delicious, Fresh, nice service I was on diet plan for 6 months, lost 25 pounds. I get 1 cheat meal every 2 weeks.. Hands down, the inly pkaceI go to is Ezelle for my cheat meal Their rolls are magic.. Will never stop eating from there
While the food was good. Terribly disappointed with the lady who attended our tables. Yes we came for a dine in at 8:15PM and we finished eating around 9PM, just around closing. If that was an issue, please tell that dine in is closed after 8PM. I would have gone elsewhere. She started cleaning our table of stuff while we were still finishing, which was fine. But she started showing visible frustration when we asked for a to go box and also when she had to come for a second time to clean. While leaving as courtesy, we said thank you, to which she was still mumbling away. I understand it is a long day, but just as we didn’t mean to spoil your day, I hope going forward you don’t spoil others day, by bad service.
I submitted a very large order through the catering website that somehow got missed. When I called to confirm, the manager CJ was quick to help me resolve the situation. He and the entire team were amazing about making sure I got what I needed and were extremely friendly about it too! Amazing to see such great customer service!! THANK YOU CJ!
This location is my favorite! Ezell's brings the best chicken experience this side of KFC back in the day. I highly recommend the chicken tenders and the newly changed potato salad, very yum!Food: 4/5
Ordered 6 lbs of tenders for a party. We were able to order the day of and they were fresh and hot at our scheduled pickup time. Staff was helpful, over the phone, in helping us decide how much we needed to order. Great experience that made our "Hot Ones" challenge a hit!
I have been eating at different Ezell's locations a long time. The prices are on par, the food is like home made and they have good selection of extras. its not a big box chicken joint, so the quality is great. I don't think you will be disappointed with your order here, and if you are, I am sure they will be helpful and receptive.
