Linda in Eye Candy gave me my life back, literally. Before I started seeing her for IPL treatments in 2020, I was in a very bad place with dry eye disease. The pain and burning were constant and my quality of life, both professionally and personally, was severely diminished. Linda always takes the time to listen to her patients, is empathetic, suggests the best drops for my type of dry eye, and answers my questions. I still suffer from dry eye, but I am in a much better place two years on and I can enjoy normal activities again. All of the staff in Eye Candy are lovely and so helpful. I also got my regular eye test done with Linda and the whole experience was brilliant.
I have suffered from severe dry eye for several years, I tried everything EVERYTHING available on the market in terms of drops, treatments, procedures both over the counter & prescription to little avail, my quality of life was really diminished & every aspect of my life was negatively affected. A friend recommended Linda in Eye Candy Dry eye Clinic & I had a course of the IPL treatment there & it has made a phenomenal improvement to my dry eyes, by far the best. Linda is extremely knowledgeable, professional & customer focused. She never rushes the treatment, has always been very patient when explaining things to me, took time to answer my many MANY ! questions & ensured I got the correct treatment for my particular set of symptoms. I also got glasses there & I am delighted with those also, great selection of frames and well priced. All the staff are so helpful, friendly & professional. I cannot recommend both the opticians & dry eye clinic highly enough. I am so very glad I went here Ita, Limerick
I had a complete eye examination at Eye Candy few weeks ago and the entire experience was very satisfactory. The staff was very attentive and nice. Great and advanced equipment available for the exams. I will be returning for sure.
Eye Candy have gone above and beyond for us more than once but recently have been tremendously helpful. Linda went out of her way and extended herself to help a colleague this week who was struggling with a painful condition that was being aggravated by her face mask. We cannot recommend Eye Candy highly enough and your gold star customer care.
If we could choose our eyes...... There are a few things about Eye Candy; Firstly they take immense care about testing your eyes with all the latest gear. Secondly they are laser sharp about fitting you properly with glasses. As a lifetime wearer of glasses I know fit is sooo important , same as with shoes Thirdly; they have great taste and a very stylish range of frames lenses and . They will dress you with exactly the right glasses for you, and can give you a selection so that you are fitted for any occasion. Fourthly; their distance service is great. If you need a new pair in between tests they can be trusted to fit you out with perfectly fitting stylish frames. Eye Candy are really in the class of the Saville Row tailors of eye wear. If you wear glasses/shades they are worth the trip.
The IPL treatment brought significant relief to my dry eyes. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
Have to say i brought my son for a eye test yesterday .the staff are so friendly and the experience i had was brillant .they made my son feel so important and left him try on lots of glasses till he picked the ones he liked .
Couldn’t look for better staff are incredibly helpful and kind. Will definitely be returning
Friendly and personal service. Time taken with customers and no pressure to purchase expensive items.
