Extreme Pita

Pretty good spot! Had a vegetarian wrap with all the fixings such as various vegetables and sauces. Portion size was decent and the flavour was amazing! My only complaint would be the price is a bit on the higher end for a wrap and their hours aren't the greatest. They do have daily specials which is a bonus!

Came here for the first time. And unfortunately I came during its peak time. I was surprised how fast they made the food and how nice they were even though I was a bit indecisive about what I wanted to eat. *Sorry* enjoyed the food, and service. I would recommend Parking: Lots of parking

Went into this location for first time, wasn’t sure what I wanted to eat so I asked the girl working, what would she recommend? She suggested the chicken souvlaki pita, I really enjoyed my pita and the service provided. I would definitely go back.

I have frequented this location for my colleagues and myself several times. I agree with the other post where the customer service is definitely subpar. I usually order 5-8 pita wraps, I asked for them to label each one, but they did not label which one had no peppers. Response time to serve is what the other post indicated. No one is keen to serve customers and take an excess amount of time to even put together a wrap. This time the sauce was missing from our Cesar wraps, or was so little, that it was dry. I have had the same sandwich at a different location and it tasted amazing! We over 20 minutes with nobody in front of us to have our wraps made. For a 30 minute lunch, I will not be returning to this location. Nobody answers the phone, when I was unable to place an online order, I called several times with no answer. When I got there, the place was empty and several workers were standing around. I asked if the phone was working, they told me no one had called, so I showed them my cellphone with the call dialed 4 times. The guy couldn't hear me place my order because he had his ear-pods in, which is probably why he couldn't hear the phone ring.

Not so crazy about this location. Although the food is generally good, the service is not up to standards you may be used to. I've been there twice. Even though both times I was the only customer, I would have to wait for an uncomfortable amount of time for staff to prepare food, sometimes with my credit card ready to pay, yet ignored until I would prompt the staff to charge me. The place doesnt prioritize timing, that's for sure. The washroom was filthy too. And, if you happen to have dietary restrictions and are used to relying on all-whole-wheat philosophy of the restaurant chain, here you actually need to make sure you're getting whole wheat, and not the refined wheat pita.

Great service! Great food. Now that I just finished my food, I will avoid eating at Pita Pit from this point forward!

Girl serving looked like didn't want to work. Not ready to discuss options or even lazy to make a pita. Had worst experience. Never coming back.

Ever since this place is under new ownership, its gone to the dogs. The previous owners loaded up the pitas with whatever you wanted. They were friendly and courteous and provided good service. The last time i went in a could tell things had changed a lot. Before i even ordered, the new owner stated the "new rules" ....Toppings are limited. You have to pay for extra and my pita was like half the size of the usual falafel pita i used to get ..besides being stingy. The new owner is dismissive and rude. Theres a major disconnect between he and his customers. Im honestly surprised this place is still around. Went from my fave lunch spot in the area to rock bottom. Note ** all the 5 star reviews the last few months are most likely friends or family. Dont believe the hype

I loved my wrap and smoothies ! Different options available, they even have Halal chicken option , they have smoothies and quinoa .... I ordered two smoothies they by mistake made a third one , then they offered it to me ! It was great !
