So much fun Great Place for Birthday Party Super happy with the party package and everything included The Cake was Delicious MMM All kids had a great time! Only issue party room a bit small washrooms kind of dirty and the photo booth was out of order but all its was 4 .5 stars but they don't give half star...
Nice place to have fund with kids over 6. Recently visited with 10 kids. All the kids had a great fun. Surprised to see for the advertised $17 ticket you have to pay $21.
Went there today for my nephew's 5th birthday. First time there. Even though we had a reservation, the wait time was crazy, to make matters worse, it was raining a bit and we had to wait in the rain with our kids. When we finally got in, I wasn't impressed at all, very limited seat at the viewing area. I had to stand for over an hour holding my 18-month-old son. I won't be going back.
Fun for the kids. Foam pit is open and the kids had a blast. With that out of the way, the place is really dirty. The bathroom smelled like it had not been cleaned all day. If you have no cash and your thirsty, you are out of luck. No drink machines offer purchases with credit cards. No cash machines, no water fountains, and no care given my the staff. At the very least, have a water fountain or something! Fun place for the kids, but could really be improved.
We booked our 5 year olds b day here and honestly the kids had fun but trust me when I say do not book a b day party here!! We had booked for 10 kids and informed them that we would probably have a few more and we were put in the tiniest room they had. They could barely fit two tables in that room and we couldn’t even move around it was like a closet. When we went to speak to the manager and see if they could change rooms as there was a large room across the hall that was empty they said there was nothing they could do and the party that came in after us that was in the large room only had like 6 people?! Zero concern and just complete disorganization from this staff. I said I understand there are other bookings but how did they honestly think that the room would be big enough for 10 kids ?! These are also young kids so they would have at least one parent with them so really the room should have been big enough for at least 20 people. Zero thought into any booking they take. We also only got 5 cans of iced tea.. and some water not enough for everyone at all. We ended up getting extra chairs and half of our party guests had to sit in the hallway : Honestly for the price you pay you should have the room the whole time so you can put presents and all your guests things away. When we were there they were just herding parties in and out of the rooms trying to make as much money as possible and not a single smile or even care from the staff: Look I get it, it’s a kids facility and it’s just chaos overall but the lack of organization and care from the staff is just extremely disappointing. Trust me when I say I never write reviews but I feel like I can hopefully save another parent from wasting their money. Do not book a b day here the price is insane and you get bad service, pizza and barely any refreshments. Save your money and do not book here!!
I had a great experience here with myself and my 3 kids. A bit on the pricey side but in my opinion it’s worth it. There happened to be an incident where the landlord of the building had some contractors on the roof working. I came out and my car and along with other cars were covered in debris. The company that was contracted failed to block the parking spots off right under where they were working. Had I known there would be people working on the roof I would have not parked my car there. I went inside irate and complained to the staff and manager. They found the person in charge of the contractors and spoke to him. They handled the situation very professionally and in the end made sure I was compensated for something that wasn’t even their fault. I left there very upset but ended up wanting to come back with my kids only because the staff was so awesome. A+ for the staff and management team.
An absolutely god awful experience. Went there today with a group of friends and had the most boring and disappointing time of my life. There is absolutely nothing to do here. Foam pit was closed, so was the rocking climbing thing, so you could only jump on trampolines. Why go here when you can do that in your neighbours backyard. Environment is also filthy and disgusting. There is no reason to charge so much as well, $27 bucks for an hour is a robbery. Left early as it was that boring. Never bring your children here, horrible time. Better to just have a party at home.
As an adult it was not the experience hoped for, the set up was ridiculous and could of been designed better with parent access as it was they didn't want parents on the platforms for "older" children just past the age range of needing an adult. I inquired for those with kids on the spectrum what they were to do and was told to fork over $30 per person wanting to supervise their child more closely then an observation deck. I was not thrilled I couldn't properly monitor the kids and constantly lost track of them especially during the dark session that came without warning, along with almost all the other parents. The staff was beyond rude and disinterested in customer service. Everything was rushed and will not be a place we return to for any occasion.
Hosted a birthday party there and while they were accommodating for some things the service was so horrible when we got there. The staff appeared disorganized, no one really knew what was going on, nor did they seem to care. I had to ask them several times to please give me access to the party room 15 mins past when I was supposed to be given access, they also had no space for me to place my party belongings until I was given access to the room.. the place is so disgustingly filthy, I am unsure they even clean the the washrooms daily, or honestly, even check on them throughout the day. There were NO paper towel and all their hand dryer machines were unavailable. Additionally, there is no one watching the entrance and exit gates.. its such a safety concern with young children present. There is no protocol being followed First time and not sure I would ever go back.
I took my three children plus 3 adults who have special needs. It's very busy huge lineups which is great that lots of people can come here to enjoy it. Filling out the waiver is quite difficult with all the people there and the lineups and the pens constantly being out of ink. I think there needs to be a better streamline option instead of having to fill out paper forms. There should be an option to fill it out online or even a lifetime one so that customers only have to fill the form out once. They also wouldn't allow me to write the three adults with special needs on one form... because they were adults which I understand but they are mentally 6 years old and cannot fill out a form nor can they sign a signature and now not only is my time being wasted but more paper and ink to get 3 seperate forms completely filled out and signed by me anyways they don't even know how to sign their signature. I wish this place was more inclusive of individuals who have special needs and that there was a spot of the forms to write in for adults who have special needs. They are not very inclusive when it comes to this policy and I highly suggest that they take a look at the current policy and waivers and come up with a better system that will allow traffic through the entrance to flow better because as of right now it's an absolute disaster and I was highly disappointed in the way things are run at this venue. They don't care because they make money either way but something seriously needs to change and i hope someone reads this and tries to make it more inclusive.
