We needed to move from another storage that was incredibly unprofessional. I was very happy with the customer service I got even over the phone here with lance and the other employee. Extremely helpful made sure all questions were answered and my code worked before we left.

From the first phone call to the finalizing of the sign up, I had a pleasent experience. It was hassle free and they offer excellent pricing. Lance at the willoughby location was wonderful. He was courteous, professional and extremely accommodating.
