a woman who works here Beverly masters. Is the worst woman I have ever come across working in a retirement environment. she is hateful and treats the residents which such rude disrespect. Not sure how such a toxic person is allowed around a place like this. Just terrible and a sad experience with her.
My mom lived at Cobourg Extendicare for 2 years . I cannot express the love and kindness she received from all the staff in all departments . The pine unit was her home . They loved her so much and treated her as their mom . It was her home and our families home . I would totally recommend it here for your loved ones. I appreciate that no amount of visitors were restricted. That the management had people at the door checking vaccine records, taking temperatures, names, who you were visiting & giving Covid tests to everyone. each new day The little interaction I had with the staff was very positive.
We looked for a residence for my mum for 2 years. The staff are incredibly caring. They have a lot of activities and gardens around the residence. Lucky to have gotten in here
Kind, gentle care staff..balanced meals, refreshments mid afternoon, activities calender available for residents, family and visitors to plan activities together.
