Express Yourself On Bisque Or Glass

I went in to see what this store was all about and there was this miserable old man sitting at a table. I asked if he worked there and he said no, but then went on to tell me that he could answer my questions. Every time I asked something I got a nasty sarcastic remark. Apparently the woman who does work there was out[something this miserable coot didn't bother to mention to me]. It was so uncomfortable talking to this horrible man, I just walked out and will NOT go back. I live minutes away but will drive to Georgetown if I want to do glass fusing or ceramic painting. I don't know how this place has stayed in business all these years.

The owners in this store are absolutely ridiculous. I went to buy something that I called ahead to see if they have, they said they did. I was happy as the item is hard to find (some small bulbs) the lady in there was yelling at me because she did not know the price of the items. There was a man in the back and he was trying to help but she just yelled at him and me because she didn't want to lose money on the bulbs. This was an awful display of customer service. I ended up leaving the store without even getting the bulbs.
