First time pleasant service helpful staff with my not so good French. Location and facilities are easy to use.appreciate and appreciate definitely will be using in the future .
Overall service was ok but they never called when my package was ready for pick up. I expected it in the morning as we were told in Québec City and I had to come back in the afternoon. Pick up was downtown Montreal. Not a convient place when you come by car. At least my package was in good shape.
I like the fact that there is free parking while preparing the shipment or receiving it. It seems only logical, but... in Montréal, you never know. There is, also, a chariot if needed. You can ship up to 37 kg, which is quite nice.

Very bad experience traveling with bikes. Some buses in the nearby bus station admit bikes as long as you come here first to have the bike packaged. While we succeded to do so, it was a very painful experience. Here they will sell you a cardboard to put your bike on. For this you'll have to partially unmount the bike and put it in this cardboard. If you manage to do this on time, you'll still have to carry your bike inside the cardboard no wheels to the bus, because they won't help you or give you a trolley to carry it. I don't understand how they expect stardard strength human beings to carry at the same time a huge cardboard with the unmounted bike and their luggage.
Said they didnt have my package at 7:15pm. When I asked them to check they walk to the back dont look i saw what they were doing and immediately came back to say they didnt have it. Same thing at 7:58pm. I call at 8:01 they say they have it but I cant go and pick it up because they are closed as I am standig at the door. Please stay away!
I just wanted to send a set of keys in Gaspésie and the employee did not seem to understand what I wanted. She had to redo the packing slip 4 times because she entered a wrong address every single time. Very bad service I would not recommend it to anyone.
I wish we had zero star to give !! This place is ridiculous...like i sent 3 packages from Montreal to Mississauga , believe it or not , the pick up adress and phone number i ve been provided in Montreal dont even exist in Mississauga. When i called to enquir , i ve been told that s what we have in our system , just go back there and ask again, so i insist on not going back regarding that i ve been to the adress and it s litteraly a construction company office currently.. Then the agent provides me with a 2nd number to call, same thing again..number out of service. Believe me if i tell you that it took me 24h over the phone with them, with multipal calls to finnaly figure out the office where my package was delivered in Mississauga Ontario, without forgetting that the phone number i was given wasnt working again out of service . How about that Expedibus..i have a tracking number if you want !
It is impossible to overstate the level of incompetence with which these people operate. They don't track packages at all; it seems they just throw them in the busses helter skelter. I've waited three weeks for my case, and it still has not arrived. They have twice called to tell me it has arrived when it hasn't, causing large amounts of my time to be wasted. They are completely unhelpful in locating your shipment; the Nova Scotia courier that transferred the luggage to them in Quebec are still offering help and they're not even responsible for it. If you were forced to ship with this company, buy the appropriate amount of insurance.
