My wife and I had never been on a cruise before we met Paula. She made the whole process a piece of cake for us. Choosing the right cruise line and ship was the most important step in the whole process as this can make your experience great or really bad. She guided us through the process and provided us feedback when asked for. She even called up the different port authorities to confirm whether we required a special visa as we were not Canadian Citizens. She got us good deals and helped us choose the different options on the ship. After we booked our first cruise, the cruise line had a sale on the same cruise we booked. Paula called the cruise line for us to get us the lower price but wasn't able to but she was able to get us a stateroom upgrade. This shows her commitment to her clients. She helped us set up our online account with the cruise line and guided us through the process where we had to fill in a lot of our details. She even printed and mailed us copies of our booking and luggage tags so that we didn't have to do that. She walked us through the whole boarding process without which the boarding could seem like a daunting process. She also went out of her way to give us a surprise (something special) that was ordered and placed in our stateroom. Paula was very patient and professional and always looked out for us during and after the booking process. Based on our first cruise experience with her, we have already booked our second cruise for October of this year and are planning to book our third one for next year. I am very confident that I will always use Paula's services to book all my future cruises and highly recommend her to all my friends and family.

Working with Paula was a wonderful experience. It was the first time we had gone on a Cruise style vacation. Paula provided us with a wealth of options then helped us narrow it down based on what we thought we would like. She took care of everything for us then for the next few months before our ship sailed tirelessly answered a multitude of questions for us. We had a wonderful time and have booked our next cruise with Paula and do not think it will end there. Thank you Paula!

We just wanted to say how extremely happy we were with Paula Kostesku at Oakville South Expedia Cruise Ship Centre. She gave us lots of really good information and tips about cruising ( as this was our first cruise), found lots of excursions based on our likes and hobbies. She was very gracious in answering our endless questions and she always followed up. She was very invested in pleasing us and making our first cruise fantastic. And it was! We have booked our next one with her as well. Paula does not pressure and she has integrity. I called her to book a cruise for my parents who live in BC and she told me that they would be better off seeing someone in their area, which to me displays tremendous integrity. Brenda

I have used the Oakville South Expedia Cruise Ship Centre to plan all of my cruise holidays and find each time that everything is handle with the upmost professionalism and attention to detail. Paula is my go to girl and I never have to worry about anything going wrong - everything I ask for is done for me and when I board the plane I know that my trip will be a trip worry free!!!!

The customer service at Oakville Expedia south is excellent. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I will recommend them to all of my friends!
