Established in 1987, Expedia® CruiseShipCenters® is a global leader in the marketing and sales of cruise vacations. With continuous growth for over 25 years, our network now includes over 180 independently owned franchise locations and more than 4,000 vacation consultants across North America.

In 2007, CruiseShipCenters entered into a strategic partnership with Expedia Inc. (the world's largest online travel company) and rebranded to Expedia CruiseShipCenters. As part of the Expedia family of brands, we can leverage their $34 billion in buying power to provide travelers with a complete range of vacation products including flights, hotels, tours, car rentals and resort packages at exceptional value.

In addition to numerous travel industry awards, we’ve also been recognized for our leadership in the franchise community, ranking as a Top 50 franchise by the Franchise Business Review and earning the Canadian Franchise Association’s (CFA) Award of Excellence for six consecutive years. In 2010, Expedia CruiseShipCenters was honoured with induction into the CFA Hall of Fame which recognizes outstanding performance by a franchise company over a significant period of time.
