I work at Exit Realty Premier and I absolutely love it. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Benny the broker is very thoughtful, He always sets up events where we can learn and network. We also have a great location at the south gate shopping center with about 5,000 sqft.
Stay away from unprofessional real estate agent Kim Holland. I was denied entry to an open house because I wouldn't show her my drivers license. Then she says she needs my phone number and has to call it so she can verify it's a real phone number. It's an open house not an airport security check. I came with my wife and 5 year old daughter, and we were treated like criminals. I'm disgusted and appalled by the way my family was treated.

An old friend was relocating to Long Island, along with her mother, and both were frustrated with their realtor, who didn't "get" them, didn't listen to what they wanted, and subsequently wasn't showing them properties they were interested in. I called this place in search of an apartment; 1st floor - quite home to rent. Well, the older woman that answered the phone was extremely RUDE, & Unprofessional I sensed right away BAD VIBES. SATY AWAY!
