Have stayed in this hotel a half dozen times and am always impressed with Executive Suites. Love that the suites include a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Instantly, you feel at home. The location with the rooms facing the mountain is breathtaking in the morning with a hot coffee and birds in the distance. The balconies are private and spacious. We at at the Free Bird restaurant and loved the kale ceasar, pulled pork buns, roasted vegetables, and other dishes. The portions were wonderful. Shout out to the reception folks who offered a warm welcome and were simply lovely throughout our five night stay. Highly recommend this place.
Every staff member was polite, joyful and engaging. Room personal right to thr front desk. The rooms are a great size and have a good amount of kitchen utensils and so forth. Second time at this resort. Will Definitely stay again.
We stayed here for our elopement at the Sea to Sky Gondola. We had the larger 2 bedroom suite so we could get ready without seeing each other. The rooms were wonderful and we had a mountain view right from the bed, which was very comfortable. The AC/Heating worked great and there was everything we could have needed for our stay, even wadher/dryer and a bottle opener! We also ate at the restaurant and the food, drinks, and service were amazing too!nnBeyond all this the service and care from the staff was the best part of our stay! They put a full size steamer in our room before we checked in so I could get out all the wrinkles in my dress and they even helped me zip up my dress! They helped me find a cab service so I could arrive separately and have a first look. Everyone was so kind every step of the way and when we checked in they also left us a wealth of small treats and gifts and a heartfelt card that we will be keeping in our scrapbook!nnWhenever we visit this area this will be the place we stay every time!
Nice suites, but little things like the shower head is full of calcium deposit, so it doesn't spray properly isn't taking care of. My colleague had the same issue in his unit. The shower also have a cheap curtain that goes on you when you shower.nHousekeeping crew is doing a great job on a daily basis.

The onsite restaurant, Free Bird, was a great bonus, and other dining options are just a short walk away. Underground parking, accessible recycling, and a small fitness room add to the overall convenience.nWhat truly makes this hotel stand out is the exceptional staff. Paula has consistently gone above and beyond to make our family feel welcome and cared for, and Leanne always takes the time to connect with guests in a kind, genuine way. Their hospitality makes every stay memorable. We always feel truly valued here—and we’ll definitely be back!
