The bed was comfortable and the room had 2 comfortable lounge chairs and a padded foot rest to sit in and enjoy a drink.The room was quiet even though it was next to the elevator and under a flight path from the local airport. All the other facilities were good. The complimentary breakfast was okay, not great but better than other establishments we have stayed at.nnDisliked - The elevator broke down soon after I used it in the morning but there were other elevators to use. We found a pill on the floor whilst unpacking our suitcases, so can’t say the room was fully cleaned.
Stayed here for 3 nights with our dog. It was nice that they were accommodating for pets, including giving some doggy treats.nnAs a budget hotel it was okay. Upon checking into the room, there were stains on the bed sheets. The staff were quick to come and change the sheets though.nnThe floors are hardwood, which were actually dirty and didn’t feel like they were cleaned properly - leaving my feet dirty.nnStaff were friendly. Other reviews mention the bathroom fan not working, which was my same experience. Our hair dryer did not work either. The rooms were nice and quiet the AC worked very well.nnIf you’re booking this hotel for the breakfast, it was very ‘beige’ and not that good. If you’re feeding a large family and are okay with quality less than McDonald’s or A&W, then you’ll be okay with the breakfast.nnI’d most likely look at other options than booking here again - maybe my standards are too high.
Terrible experience – beware of bed bugs and rude staff!nnI usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel the need to warn future guests. I stayed at this hotel and was shocked to find a bed bug in my bed. Disgusted and concerned, I went to the front desk to report the issue, expecting at least some basic professionalism.nnInstead, I was met with hostility. The managers, Ines and Martin, immediately started yelling at me and accused me of bringing the bug myself, which is absolutely ridiculous. I take pride in being clean and hygienic, and I’ve never had any such issue at home or in any other hotel.nnRather than helping, they tried to shift the blame and treated me with zero respect. There was no apology, no solution – just aggression and denial.nnAfter just one night, I had itchy red bite marks on my body. If you value your health and peace of mind, stay away from this place. I will absolutely never return, and I strongly advise others to think twice before booking.
last week was truly exceptional! The service was great, with the team consistently going above and beyond. We particularly appreciated the very quick response to all our requests, making our stay incredibly smooth and comfortable. The free breakfast was a standout, incredibly well-managed by the team, offering a fantastic start to each day. On top of all this, the amazing location made exploring the area a breeze, and the fitness area was also great for unwinding after a day out. We highly recommend this hotel!
I stayed there in the weekend few weeks ago room were nice and clean got free breakfast at the restaurant where l see the first that lack of team work one lady running around to make the guest happy and l saw the young lady standing watching looks like supervisor or manager not a support at all .Well finally got seated and went for breakfast was average bacon and sausage looks like left over for 2 days. I stayed there before 2 years back its getting worse.
