Called on a debt I was looking to pay off or have settled. Received a call on my work line, which I can't say I was super thrilled about, but that is their job. Collector I spoke with (Jason Robert) was very friendly, outgoing, and reasonable collector. Pushed where he could to collect the debt but not at all overbearing. all around great experience. Gave me several options to repay the debt and gave me other options as well on how to get what I wanted out of the end result. (settlement with deletion to credit report or paid in full on time payments change) I cannot speak for the business as a whole, but as far as who I was dealing with, about as good as it could get with trying to deal with debt.

Bob Johnson is a very rude man. I was trying to pay off my debt with them and he wouldn't even listen to what i had to say. I was trying to get a total on what i had to pay and he proceeded to cut me off every time i was trying to talk. He was yelling at me and said he dont give a crap about me or my life and that all he wanted was the money i owed to him. If you are a business looking for a place to use for collecting debts Do Not use this place. They are not friendly at all wont even listen to you and put you down for having life struggles. Not a place that i would recommend at all.
