Absolutely terrible customer support. Ordered some Nike shoes from their website in which the boxes came absolutely destroyed see image. After emailing them, they basically just told me "too bad! we stated on the website may be some slight damage on the boxes" Avoid this site at all costs.

They cancelled my order without emailing me, I found out by myself by tracking the status. I emailed and got response that my credit card was flag and to use PayPal instead. I used my credit in all my purchases never have this problem. Now the shoe is sold out and there’s nothing they can do

dont even think about buying there - IMPOSSIBLE to cop any style online . I guess too many backdoor people ! They should think about doing raffle for all specials paires to give chance to real people to get them . Everyone getting it is for resell ! Shame

Shoes and prices are good. But the service not great. Boxes came extremely damaged, should use more care in packaging!

Very unprofessional owner, thinks he is above everyone when in reality a lot of people in the shoe industry/culture look down on him. You're better off buying from Footlocker, Livestock or The Closet. None of their stock is unique and can be purchased cheaper elsewhere. He went from a handful of stores to one store.....wonder why lol.

They cancel every single order, avoid buying anything from this store.
