I can't recommend anyone to buy his land. He promises and imposes rules for harmonization of neighborhood development and changes them as soon as he has a financial interest. We bought in a development that had to protect peace and quiet e.g. keep 50 feet of wooded trees between neighbors and he has just built a path himself less than 10 feet from the property line. In addition, we find ourselves with a farmhouse and a house just behind our house. I cannot recommend this company.
We called on Steve Leblanc for our excavation project and in one day, they managed to excavate, level and pave 2162 square feet in the middle of November.
