EW Smith Insurance Agency

I have been with EW Smith for a few years and I couldn't be happier. When I originally made the change they cut my auto policy by over $2,000 yearly. As I have acquired new home/other policies they have always worked to give me the best deals and most flexible service. My agent John Bobrowski has been able to help with anything I have asked and goes above and beyond on things I don't. I appreciate the customer care that EW Smith puts in and I couldn't see a reason to get insurance through anyone else.

My husband & I have been customers with E.W. Smith for over 15 years. We decided to go with their agency because my parents had been with them since I was a child and they had nothing but wonderful service with them. I'm also one to always "shop around", but because of the amazing service and great rates we have never had to. Shawn Filkins has been our agent for all these years and has always given us exceptional customer service and made us feel like family. I have spoken to many other people in regards to their insurance companies, especially after the basement floodings, and E.W. Smith & Auto-Owners came out shining in comparison to their stories. I'm still amazed at their instantaneous response in handling our claim. Thank you Shawn, E.W. Smith & Auto-Owners. Your customer service is unprecedented!

They have always worked hard to find us the right policy at a fair price. So glad we switched from our prior insurance company.

Thanks to Shawn Filkins I save a LOT of $$! And got awesome insurance through progressive for reasonable price. He was very informative and direct. Did not give me the run around on my quote. In fact I got it cheaper the the quote.. So hands down a winner in my eyes..
