Nicest gym in Regina, love having the big windows and views from the second floor. The hammer strength style equipment is one of my most favorite parts. Also i really like the wide open concept. Staff is always friendly and inviting.

Disappointed with the cleanliness of the lockerroom. I've been to 3 of their locations and this is the newest but needs attention with cleanliness.

The staff here is amazing. They're super friendly, make you feel comfortable and welcome. There are tons of machines and there's lots of space. The environment is great, the people are great.....it's an all around awesome gym!
