One of the best gyms in Regina. The place is very clean and always pleasant to visit. The front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming.nnThe locker rooms are always clean, and the gym floor is well maintained you can really see that cleanliness is a priority. The music is good, there is a wide variety of equipment, and the cardio area is well equipped with plenty of machines.nnI also really love the charging station at the front desk where you can charge your phone or headphones. I used it quite often, and I think it’s a great idea and a very thoughtful touch.nnA few small things I would personally improve:nTwo of the steppers are currently not working, and I hope they’ll be fixed soon.nI also really miss having Wi-Fi, as mobile internet barely works inside the gym. Sometimes you want to watch videos during cardio or follow a workout or fitness video, and without internet it’s not possible.nAdditionally, the fitness studio rooms feel very, very cold. This might be personal preference, but many people use these rooms for stretching or cool-downs after workouts, and for that the temperature feels too low.nnOverall, it’s a great location with plenty of parking, and I truly enjoy coming here. Highly recommend!
Attendants are friendly and welcoming. Gym is clean and well cared for. I went for two months as it was closer to my house during bad weather. People in the Gym were serious but friendly had zero issues and everyone followed good Gym etiquette.
I just recently started at this gym. I love it! It's clean, well-organized, and the fitness equipment is great! The staff are also very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that I wish they brought back fitness classes to the facility. They have such nice side rooms with mirrors etc - I would love to attend a fitness class every now and again at this location!
Place seems awesome , I just go my memebership and have been going there for a couple days , it’s like a fitness nerds dream . However I only have 2 things , the first is that some of the cable machines are really rusty , and ones attachment peice was nowhere to be found, second is that it can be a bit intimidating at first, especially when you don’t know where everything is but that’s going to be okay the more I go , overall great place , change rooms didn’t smell and the place has a good vibe
Dropping from 4 star down to 2 star .nnceiling fan in cardio has been broken for over a year cost maybe 200 to replacennfyi stand in the middle off the tread mill area look up . Outlet and a hook where the fan used to beee …n.one tv has nfl has been off month now … just turn it off hey ?nnWe got weshill and Lakewood and lake ridge. We should have a high quality gym !
