no customer service at all! asking for exchange rate twice and he didn't willing to answer and just said it's just what you see.... very rude and not friendly. been there for many times and it's all the same. not going back! I will give no start if I am able to.

They do not provide Mexican Peso. Didn't expect that considering it's a major North American country currency. But to each their own. Otherwise service appeared friendly and location is great right in the business tower walkway accessible through metrotown. Will have to try them for Euro or US dollars at some time.

I went there before noon and waited like 15 mins until someone shows up. A guy showed up and said THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY USD. Seriously? Totally wasted my time. Terrible experience.
Usd rates are good, took a little bit of time to open an account so I could wire $ overseas. I will have to do it again in 2 weeks, lets see how long it will take now that my accounts open Staff need to smile more. They seem miserable
I came to them on April, 23rd 5:40pm and they were closed. Even though it says, that they will be open during that time
Rushed from work to get there before they close at 6pm was told they were already closed and couldn't serve me at 545pm. Waste of time rushing when they arent open to when they say they are.
